Kay’s Steak Quesadilla

Do you have leftover steak and looking for a fun way to use up the leftovers? This is a great quick lunch or dinner recipe!

Ingredients:

Tortilla wraps

Cooked Kay’s FarmStand Steak in bite size pieces

Sliced Natural Cheese from Kay’s FarmStand

Shredded Cheese

1 Diced Sweet Bell Pepper

Daisy Tallow Cooking Tallow

Directions:

  1. Turn on stove top on low heat

  2. In skillet put Daisy Tallow cooking tallow, put down 1 tortilla wrap and on half the wrap put down shredded cheese, steak, peppers, and then on top put sliced natural cheese.

  3. Fold wrap in half and let cook for a few minutes

  4. Once the bottom of the wrap is golden brown, give it a good flip to cook the other side.

  5. Let that side cook until it is golden brown

  6. Once done take it off the skillet and let it cool

  7. Serve with sour cream or salsa

  8. Enjoy!
