Kay’s Leftover Roast Beef Fajitas

Okay if you are like Jake and I, you cook a great yummy roast and have left overs for it feels like for days! Here is a fun way to use up those beef roast leftovers, making fajitas!

Ingredients:

Shredded leftover beef roast

Tablespoon Daisy Tallow Cooking Tallow (available on the stand)

1/2 -1 Tablespoon Onion Powder

1/2 -1 Tablespoon Chili Powder

1/2 -1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika

1/2 -1 Tablespoon  Garlic Powder

1/2 -1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin

1/2 -1 Tablespoon Dried Oregano

Pinch of Black Pepper

Pinch of Salt

1-2 Sliced Bell Peppers

1 full Diced Onion

Directions:

  1. In skillet, warm up pan and put Daisy Tallow Cooking Tallow in the skillet. Put shredded beef in and warm the beef. Add all the seasonings.

  2. Next add onion and bell peppers

  3. Cook all together for a few minutes and then serve on tortillas

  4. Enjoy!
