<image:title>RECIPES - Kay’s Foil Pack Kielbasa and Veggies - Kay’s Foil Pack Kielbasa and Veggies</image:title>
<image:caption>After a long summer day of farming, I’m always down for a quick and healthy dinner option. So before I went home for the night, I did a little shopping at the stand to grab what I needed for dinner. Jake gave it 5 stars, so I hope you enjoy it too! Ingredients: 1 package of Kay’s FarmStand Kielbasa 1 Kay’s FarmStand Summer Squash 1 Kay’s FarmStand Zucchini 1 Kay’s FarmStand Bell Pepper 1/2 cup chopped Onion (our onions will be ready soon!) 4 tablespoons Vegetable Oil Your choice of seasoning! I did a little onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, salt and pepper! Note: I did cook 2 cups of diced potatoes on the side and drizzled them in oil. Then I seasoned them and wrapped them in a separate foil pack since they take a little longer to cook! Place on grill and cook them for about 30-40 minutes. Enjoy! Directions: Chop your kielbasa, summer squash, zucchini, peppers and onions up. Lay out a large piece of aluminum foil enough to lay out veggies and fold up. Mix together on the aluminum foil your veggies and Kielbasa, pour oil on top and seasonings. Mix all together. Fold aluminum foil up, wrapping all the veggies up and close tightly. Turn on your grill and let it warm up to 350-400 degrees. Cook for about 20-25 minutes Once done cooking, let them cook and Enjoy! This meal pairs great with Kay’s FarmStand sweet corn!</image:caption>
